Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy Babelotheca. If a subscription isn’t working out, here’s how refunds work.

Annual plans

Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of the initial purchase or each renewal. Cancel from the account page within those 14 days and email us via the contact formto request the refund; we’ll process it back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. We don’t generally refund partial months.

How to cancel or request a refund

  1. Open your account page and cancel the subscription.
  2. If you’re within the 14-day annual window, write to us via the contact form with the email address on the account.
  3. We’ll confirm by email and the refund will land on your original payment method.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund if we have evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding to keep using paid features without paying. In rare cases where Lemon Squeezy declines a refund (for example, after a chargeback), we’ll let you know and work with you to resolve it.

Statutory rights

This policy sits on top of, and does not remove, any statutory consumer rights you have where you live. UK and EU consumers in particular have additional rights under distance-selling rules.
