Common questions

Can I really read the whole library without paying?

Yes. Every book is free to read in both languages, and you can export any of them as a bilingual EPUB or PDF. We only charge for the tools that cost us money to run — AI sentence explanations, offline downloads, and translating the documents you bring us beyond the free 3,000-word allowance.

What counts as a translated word?

Only the documents you upload yourself. Reading the library — in either language, with full exports — is always free and doesn't touch your credits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days.

Do annual plans really save money?

Yes — Basic annual works out to €4.08/month and Pro annual to €16.58/month. About two months free either way.

What if I need more than 300,000 words a month?

Email us — we'll set up a custom plan. Most users never come close to 50,000.
